Iwama Shinshin Aikido Basic Technique?

Has anybody read the book that Hitohira Saito has published?

Re: Iwama Shinshin Aikido Basic Technique?

Hi,

I have read the book. It is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Technically it focusses on suwariwaza and hanmihandachi. Rather than photos it has drawings which (i believe) are based (traced) from photos, this actually clarifies the technique. The gems/insights are in the text.

Cheers

Julian
