Displaying Japanese in IE...

hey everyone, i was looking at the thread titled "Japanese Language..." , i say looking because i can't read it, and i'm assuming that there has been some kanji used in that thread because it a bunch of gibberish in my browser. how do i get Internet Explorer to display kanji?

in the IE toolbar press Tools/Internet Options/Languages/Add/Japanese.

Should work.
