Howdy

Hello all, I am a sometime student of the martial arts, although nowadays, it is only in reading, until next year.

I have been interested in Aikido after watching Steven Seagal, in Above the law, many years ago. That led me to study what I could at the time and was a great start to a whole true world, of what Martial Arts can do for you. I studied Kenpo, American Karate ( Ed Parker style) for 2yrs. I am a disabled vet, and it was only thru a great set of instructors at Rod Bosleau's School that I was able to start living a life of can do, instead of "can't, or I don't know"

I will finally get to start next year, in January with Aikido. I now hope to study Aikido in order to become a stronger and more centered person. Until then I will be coming here and boning up on Aikido, glad to meet all of you.
