What can we do in lockdown

Hi, All
What can we do in lockdown at home? I have started making short films about what we can do without a partner. U may have read my Face book posts talking about 'All my thoughts on Aikido"? A student half my age and a techie suggested as I could not travel teaching seminars to build my thoughts and offer them to the wider world. So here is a link Home U enjoy my thinking. Let me know, please.

It's my birthday and hoe this is a gift to U. Tony

Wink Re: What can we do in lockdown

At home, I try to do forward, backward, and sideways roll when I can on my own. I'm feeling super rusty since it's been about a year since I stepped onto our aikido dojo's mats.

When I'm feeling brave again, I'll try to advance into standing back up after a roll, especially the backward roll, and the "softer breakfalls". Gosh I miss the old times.

Love the string technique. Used it before and it works well.
Thanks Tony.
