108 meditational practice

Hi everyone,

somebody shared a post here a looong time ago about a kagami biraki practice that they did in their dojo. It was meditational practice based on the 101 buddhist sins as far as I remember. Does anybody happen to know about or remember this? I tried this once in my old dojo years ago and it was wonderful, now Iīd like to do it again, but I canīt find the description any more and do not remember the exact way of doing it.

Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks a million!

Re: 101 meditational practice

PS: I apologize, it should be 108 buddhist sins, not 101. I guess I forgot a couple ;-P

108 sins? those Buddhist monks sure know how to party! question, so you practiced 108 sins, all together, in one session or pace it out through the whole year? i am thinking i have gone to the wrong party all these years.

Ah, I finally founf it again (http://www.ai-ki-do.org/Articles/108/108.html) - in case anyone else is interested in getting 108 sins into one hour ;-)

though I think that it is not 108 "sins" but defilements, I got that wrong.
