Talking What about Tomiki?

Hello everyone, I just recently registered on Aikiweb. I figured that since I am doing Aikido (Tomiki) that I should talk to some people that share my interest. But then I heard that Tomiki violates the traditional rules of Aikido and I couldn't help but wonder, what is the difference between Tomiki and the other forms? Your responses are appreciated.

Dan

Welcome - I would suggest to do a search on past threads as this topic has been done to death. There were some very good threads recently including discussion of what Ueshiba M. actually said.

There are of course superb articles and translations of Kenji Tomiki's work at
http://www.tomiki.org

and of course the Shodokan Honbu site
http://homepage2.nifty.com/shodokan/index_e.html

There is of course the Tomiki-l discussion board.
