Laibility Waivers

When I've gone to various dojo I've had to sign a waiver. Where do these come from? Does the insurance carrier have a standard form? Or, do you contruct one from various sources? Has anyone out there had any problems with them? I'm helping to open a dojo and was asked about waivers. If anyone's feeling good enough to email me do so at sbyas@hotmail.com

Thanks!

From what I understand, many, if not all, insurers for martial arts schools require signed waiver forms relating to coverage for liability. If you are looking for standard forms or language, you should probably contact either an attorney or your dojo's potential insurer. Good luck!
