SDK Shiro Kashi

After reading nothing but glowing reviews and high praise for Kim Taylor's custom made SDK bokkens I ordered a shiro kashi aikido bokken. Their website says that they are shaped from blanks and include the SDK safety tip.

I was suprised to get one of these: http://actionshop.biz/shop/index.php...roducts_id=206
Nine Circles UK also sells these.

The response I got was that their website was out of date and that they can no longer get blanks from overseas.

Its a nice enough waster but I was a little disappointed that I didn't get a "Taylor made" bokken. I just though I would pass along that their website is out of date, I guess all their shiro kashi stuff is pro budo. A quick web search shows that the site has been out of date on this subject since 2005, so it might be best to email them first and see exactly what you are getting before ordering.
