Question the Path Beyond thought

Hey, id like an opinion on Steven Seagals new book, The Path Beyond thought. As i live in the uk i will have to buy it thru the internet- which means i can't have a flick thru it first to see if it's any good. Thanks very much for any help. Cheers, Craig
