Aikido principles explained

Hi. Those hard to understand or dismissed principles like for instance non-resistance, kokyu, Ki etc. I hold as very explainable and do so every training session.
However, as I can only show without sound my Aikido I have set about finding someone who can show on video with sound and explanation and thus I offer you a link to a page of videos where a guy does just this and would you believe it he's american.
I will post one video here but on his 'channel' he has many and addresses many aspects of Aikido. It's the nearest to how I see Aikido and teach it and hope it may help you with yours.
He goes under the name of 'Kukushitoride' on youtube.

Enjoy.G.

It may look corny but I do like some of his videos...

Draw strength from stillness. Learn to act without acting. And never underestimate a samurai cat.
