Onegai shimasu

Just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself.

My name is Ed and I've been lurking this forum for a bit now and really enjoy alot of the topics I've been seeing.

A little on my background. I started Aikido in 1989 in San Diego and fell in love with it the moment I saw a demo in my search for a quality martial art to start practicing. I signed up for lessons that same day and never looked back. As I began training I was really impressed with the techniques. As I progressed over the years I was enchanted with the development aspects of Ki and spirituality. Not too long after that, I had a bout of OCD in trying to develop my ability to become one with the uke. Today, I hope this personal evolution of mine will bring me closer to unifying my physical and internal sides. I guess this is where I'm at in my path to finding the 'way'.

Well, got more topics to search and read. Thanks everyone for posting great material and I hope I may bring to you what you have brought to me.
