Ground mobility from MMA and Silat

My JKD instructor has worked some techniques and drills very similar to these videos into his Jun Fan/JKD and Silat classes. Not shown is the "tuck and roll," which looks like the "back breakfall" (ushiro hanten ukemi) but with the hands staying closer to the face. Probably distant cousins of Aikido ukemi waza, either because derived from the same jujitsu antecedents or, in the case of Silat, dealing with the same issue.
