Aikido Dojo Camberley will hold a Buki Waza (weapons) intensive on Sunday 23rd June. Practice will cover both Jo and Ken and include 31 no Jo Kata, 31 no Jo Kata Kumi-Jo, Jo dori and Jo nage, Ki Musubi no Tachi, Kumi-Tachi and Tachi dori. The seminar is open to all styles and affiliations, and anyone wishing to attend should already have a basic grasp of the 7 Ken suburi and 20 Jo Suburi. Proof of insurance will be required and this can be purchased on the day. Please bring Bokken and Jo.
