I just got word from Aikido Journal that Hiroshi Isoyama sensei has withdrawn from participation in Aiki Expo 2003 due to health reasons.

I recently had the opportunity to practice with sensei Isoyama during his visit to the Tacoma Aiki Dojo (and two weeks previously, with Saotome sensei in Missoula). Following practice, shihan worked on a neck injury I've been nursing on and off the past 10-years. A true master, gentleman and engaging teacher.
