Hi Steve,
I agree not much can be seen from video (particularly the internal stuff...not that I have that going on), but some things can be spotted. I chose to do this for a few reasons:
1) I wanted to see what different people would emphasize as a way of trying to understand other possible approaches
2) I wanted further food for thought as I approach my own study of ukemi
3) I wanted to show on some level that we can discuss our own personal training and even invite criticism without it devolving into anything offensive.
