"Smoke Baby"
Hi,
When I was in Canada a couple of weeks ago, I heard a song that I've learned MAY be called "Smoke Baby;" the chorus includes the line, "It's 3 AM; I'm half asleep and you're getting up to leave." Who does that? Thanks.

Re: "Smoke Baby"
People who have to be at work at 5AM?
People who can't sleep unless they are in their own bed?

Jo, I was looking for the group that did a song I heard while I was on vacation. Do you know who did it? THAT would help a lot. <grumble>

Re: "Smoke Baby"
Ah, sentence structure and semantics, not a rhetorical question at all!
I have no clue!

Re: "Smoke Baby"
Well, Jo, in this case, it doesn't matter, because after I read your reply, I went to Yahoo.ca and found the artist. Then I ordered a copy of the CD from Amazon.
So there.

Re: "Smoke Baby"
I think Jo's response was funnier. You are going to say who it was, right? Can't just leave us hanging.

You'd be surprised at how much aikido philosophy you can pick up on at the end of the party when there's just a couple drunk sempai and you.

Ok, Steve. The artist is Hawksley Workman; the album is "Lover/Fighter" I ordered it though Amazon.com
