Question Circle square triangle

Could anyone point me in the direction of a good article / explanation on the meaning of the circle, square and triangle in aikido? Anything will do, but especially an explanation of what O-Sensei meant with them would be great!

Thanks a million!

Regards,
Sonja

Re: Circle square triangle

When Terry Dobson asked O Sensei that same question, all he got for a reply was:
"Figure it out for yourself."

Here's some good stuff, straight from O'Sensei's own brush (therefore, a little cryptic). Your answers are found near the end of the article.

Re: Circle square triangle

That makes more sense. I couldn't see the forest amoung the trees!!! How fitting... I guess I just wanted it to be a real new word. Thanks! - Rob

Re: Circle square triangle

Thanks everyone, that was very helpful (and much quicker than working it our myself as O-Sensei recommended to Terry Dobson - actually I liked that story a lot when I read the book )!

Best regards,
Sonja
