Muñoz, Cavazos, Garcia in Mission, TX 9/23-24

The Tanakaha Aikido group will be holding a seminar in Mission, Texas on September 23-24, 2006. The location is 319 W. Tom Landry St, Mission. Saturday 2pm-5pm and Sunday 10am - 1pm. Tanakaha Aikido instructors Eliseo Muñoz and Joe Cavazos will conduct Saturday's class. They will be joined by Jorge Garcia (Shudokan Houston aikikai) on Sunday for a blend of Kato Shihan's aikido style. Tanakaha aikido consists of a group of aikido dojos from South Texas and Northern Mexico. Eliseo Muñoz and Joe Cavazos continue the legacy and style of their instructor, Bill Sosa Sensei (1934-2002).

Directions: From Expressway 281 (coming to or leaving the Rio Grande Valley) exit on Monte Cristo Rd. Turn West to N. Closner. On Closner turn South (left). Go about 3 blocks - the school is located directly in front of Edinburg North High School.
