Descriptions of basic techniques to jog memory

Hello,
Thought it would be better to write a different post for this request. As the name applies, I am blind and learning Aikido. Is there anybody that would be willing to write up descriptions in text of some of the basic techniques taught in a dojo like shomanuchi ikyo omote/ura, Kotegeishe, iriminage like in the Jo suburi detailed description article on this website? I obviously can't watch the videos and am trying to find a way to practice and remember techniques when I am unable to go to a dojo amidst this Coronavirus. Any body exercises or anything else useful would be appreciated. I am doing exercises that we do for warmups with movement and wrist/arm stretches, jo suburi and what I can remember of a few techniques. I am working to remember the names and what the techniques do so any information helps
Thank you
