Roy Dean White Belt App

Hey guys/gals...
Roy Dean has his White Belt App available for free in iTunes for 48hrs. [Believe we are halfway through that time period.]

He has some great apps, I have personally enjoyed his 'no gi' app, as well as his 'triangle choke' app - which the latter is seminar footage.
[I tend to stay away from seminar footage, but this is pretty detailed and clear as to whats going on.]

So check it out for your ipad, [and iphone if your eyes are that good], and see what you think.
He covers some Aikido, Judo, as well as BJJ in his "White Belt Bible" app.

Peace

Dalen

Re: Roy Dean White Belt App

i bought his art of the wrist lock DVD just to see the competition footage of him applying a wrist lock in open competition, which was cool.

Re: Roy Dean White Belt App

All of Roy's DvDs are top notch and worth the time and money to get. He teaches in a very clear, concise, and technical way. Highly recommend them.
