Seattle I Liq Chuan will be hosting Ashe Higgs for a seminar on May 11th & May 12th.
The seminar will focus on the core 15 basic exercises, but hopefully we will have time to get into I Liq Chuan's unique spinning hands methodology, which is a great way to exercise 6 direction energy with a partner.

Giving another bump to help Ryan out here.
Well, also because anyone interested in internal body method applicable to their aikido will get a great intro via I Liq Chuan, and Ashe is a great person to train with.
Our May 11th&12th Seminar has moved to the Phinney Ridge Center!
The Phinney Center is such a great location and we were able to move the seminar there too! Space is limited and filling up so reserve your spot now! In addition to Ashe Higgs we have a good group coming from California too. This going to be good and only $120 for the weekend! http://iliqchuanseattle.com/seminar_...s_May2013.html
