Fuku Kata Itch...

I know this is the very first kata in ShodoKan Karate, but i cannot find any translations for it any were. Gichin Funakoshi waJapanese so i figured it was a japanese sequence of words, but there is none that i can find.

You will find the translation of this kata (Fukugata Ichi) in Shorin-ryu Karate. It is also known as Gekisai Dai Ichi in some Goju-ryu circles.
