Cool Randori Em Aikido

Prezados amigos,

Gostaria de saber a opinião dos demais sobre a prática ou não do Randori no Aikido.
Não me refiro ao Jiyu Waza, uma vez que, além de pouco praticado é, em sua maioria, realizado de formas pré-combinadas.
O meu interesse é se a prática de lutas livres seria essencial ou não ao Aikido e porque.

Bom dia Ubaldo

Acho fundamental chegar a pratica livre, de outra maneira estamos condanados a práticar o Aikido dos outros. O problema é como havemos de chegar lá...
