My quick Intro
Hey,
quick note about myself...been practicing Yoshinkan style Aikido for 6 1/2 years. Love it. Getting ready to go for my Shodan in 5 weeks. Excited but nervous.
Biggest problem I've had over the years is not getting dizzy or nauseated.Finally starting to get the hydration thing down. As well, some Gravol doesn't hurt either!!
