Hello All

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick introduction, long-time reader, first time poster.

My name is Jeremy, and am from Melbourne Australia. I haven't done any training for the last 10 years. I had to focus on work for sometime while I moved around allot, married, and started a family, I like to jump all in with things rather than do things casually, hence my ten year break. I have always had strong interests in Martial Arts, philosophies and the spiritual side. The mind set I had when training never left me so I have had a 10 year itch that I am about to scratch again.

I have decided to go down the path of Aikido after much reading and a 1 year stint in my younger years while living in Queensland.

I find that Aikido fits in with my life style and goals for self learning, so hope to be back in a dojo in the next few weeks.

Thanks,

jtsm
