Birankai East Coast regional seminar was a BLAST!

Monday morning sure seems quiet after two days at the Birankai East Coast regional seminar in Hartford CT! Many thanks to all the awesome people I got to train with and learn from, especially senseis George Lyons, Patti Lyons, Phil Traunstein, Tom Grimaldi, Frank Apodaca, Robert Savoca, and especially Liese Klein and all the students of Fire Horse Aikido, our wonderful hosts! Let's do it again next year!

(oh, wait...we ARE doing it next year! In May!)

Dear Mary,
Nice to hear you met some of my old training partners, George Lyons, Frank Apodaca, Robert Savoca, Liese Klein.Sounds like a reunion of San Diego Aikikai circa 1992.Wish I had been there. Cheers, Joe.

Adam, no, not this go-round. He was at summer camp.
