The Tomiki Aikido Club of the University of Toronto is proud to host Professor Fumiaki Shishida, 8th Dan Tomiki Aikido, who will hold a Seminar and Lecture featuring the newest products of his historical study of Aikido and Aikido Methodology.
Fumiaki Shishida Ph.D., Shihan of the Waseda University Aikido Club, and Professor of the History of the Japanese Martial Arts at Waseda University in Tokyo will be giving a lecture on the following topics:
1) "The Meanings of 'Aiki' in Aikido"
2) "A Study of the Methodology of Breaking Balance as the Technical Core in Aikido and Judo".
Lecture will take place at:
