Hi folks,

You may have noticed a new column in the thread listings of each Forum called "Rating". This is another new feature that allows you, the readers of the Forum, to "rate" a thread from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best rating possible.

If you want to submit a thread rating, you'll need to be within the thread (so that you're looking at its available posts). At the bottom of that page, you'll see a "Rate Thread" drop-down box. Just change that to the rating you wish to give that particular thread and hit the "Go" button right next to it.

Please note that a thread will need to have more than a few votes for the ratings to show up -- so don't be dismayed if you rate a thread but don't see any indication of such immediately!

I hope people find this to be a useful feature...

I went and added the "Rate this thread" drop-down box to the top of the thread in hopes it'll be easier to use there, too. I think it looks kind of ugly up there so it may disappear in a bit...

Great idea Jun

I love the new look and feel of the forums, keep up the good work.

...then again, that's just me.
