Moving Threads

Would it be possible, to put an easily spottable message at the original place of the thread, or part of thread. It is irritating if your looking for a thread you have been posting in, and it isn't there anymore.
Maybe put even some comment on, why it had been moved, as this might help people to start threads at the correct place in the future.
