Hello

I just want to say Hello to everybody!
I started Aikido 1 years a go and I only can say I love it.
Only regret is that I should start it 10 years ago.

Cheers

Re: Hello

Domo,

I like to add that since I start the Aikido training my shoulder pain was gone (I'm office rat, salaryman)
Thanks for the Ukemi.

I just wondering that there are some many peoples suffering back and shoulder pain because sitting all day long in front of computer and they are going to see physiotherapist to get some exercise (of course there are many different reasons and can't generalize) why not to start great hobby like Aikido and get the rid of the office rat problems!

Cheers
Jukka
