Hello from Dallas

I have been lurking around here for a while and I figure its time to introduce myself.

My name is John Vencer and I have over 3 years of Yoshikan training in the philippines. I am currently 1st Kyu. My Aikido experience includes multiple man, multiple weapon randori, 2 live knife demos, 3 broken fingers from failed kick blocks, 2 cracked ribs, a knife nick on my left shin, and a scar from a wooden tanto on my back. I am either very clumsy or trained in a hardcore dojo. If you ask me I would say it would depend on the day of the week and the phase of the moon. I mean you are looking at a guy who dropped his bike while in park. Of course that was nearly 10 years ago ( the Aikido anyways ) and lets just say several pounds ago so don't be expecting me to any of that stuff any time soon.

I am looking forward to making friends, heated but civil discussions and a have a general good time.
