Re: Dan Harden seminar in The Netherlands

That kind of follow-up is essential to success with this kind of training. It's all too easy to delude yourself that you are "getting it" in solo training. A reality check working with other folks provides useful steering for your solo practice and is an encouragement to maintain the discipline of practice. Best wishes for regular get-togethers and success in maintaining the Six Harmonies of Suckitude:

I suck
You suck
He/she sucks

We suck
You (all) suck
They (all) suck

Together!

No problem, I still have some hope that my other appointment on the 11th gets cancelled.

Have fun anyway!

You are silly. You are American. And the Dutch do have great Belgian beer! (And a couple of their own too I'm told. ). But the incredible cheese that comes with the charming company that comes with the beer is outstanding. Why the Dutch have been known to bring their cheese and other food items with them whilst visiting France . . .

(Now you'll have to forgive me. I was up all last night throwing up. Once my stomach settles, I'm hoping to get some sleep. )

Thanks Ernesto. I'm confident that I'll be 100% soon. You see, I have this Freesland herbal remedy stuff someone once gave me. It tastes so bad it simply MUST work!

Actually I'm sipping Japanese comfort food before I try getting horizontal again (horizontal wasn't working last night, no need for graphic detail), it is funny how each culture has their "run home to mama" sick dishes.

Are you sure it wasn't the nerves for Sinterklaas?
My youngest daughter had the same issue, all nerves for the big man with the white beard.

You have to be afraid that he will be back every week of this year, unless you stop pooring Beerenburg into him.
