Has anyone recently studied in Japan as uchideshi?(live in student) if so how did you find it, at what point in your Aikido Journey did you go did you speak japanese? what was the instruction like? I have just started on the wonderful road of Aikido but this would be a dream to go to Japan for a month to study (A desire for asian culture not just from an Aikido point of view stokes this desire)Im getting into Aikido not just for the art itself but for the spirtual side aswell and this I think Japanese sensi could further develope more then I could find in the UK (no offence meant to anyone)Please anyone who has studied there answer this post as its a road I someday hope to walk down
