the first one is probably the more common way of writing "mental/spiritual, but the second shin means "heart", so it's also ok.

my wife says you want the second one 心 shin or kokoro. her opinion as a native speaker.
Do you need someone to do the calligraphy? I have a few examples in the Gallery. I can do it in Sign-type Kanji or more stylistic/artsy calligraphy or both. I can do camera-ready art in PSD or EPS formats for print or copy (for window graphics, embroidery machines, etc.)
