I Need Help - I Can't Post

Hello,

I am new here and I can't post new threads. I was able to post in the introductions area, but when I tried (several times) to post a question in the training area, it tells me that I'm not logged on. I made sure that I was logged on, I wrote my message using the "new thread" button, used spell check and then I clicked on the "submit new thread" button, and I get a message that I am not logged on. Please Help. Thank you.

Go to Security tab, press "Default level"
Go to Privacy tab, press "Default"

Press OK.

Quit Internet Explorer, run it again and try again.
