Yoshinkan Aikido in Sydney

We are pleased to announce the opening of the first Yoshinkan dojo in the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW). Aikido Yoshinkai NSW is located at Level 1, 72 Wyndham St, Alexandria 2015, just 10 minutes from Sydney's downtown business centre. A full time facility, the dojo is run by husband and wife team Darren Friend and Peggy Woo who were on staff at Yoshinkan Honbu in Tokyo for over 11 years.

The dojo is opening July 2nd with an introducary class from 11.00, followed by a demonstration and opening ceremony from 12.00
