Unable to Log Out
It seems that every time I try to log out using the "Log out" link, it claims that all cookies are cleared and when I hit the link it brings up to go to the main forums page, it still sees me as logged in.
I'm going to try manually clearing my cache to see if that works, but just thought I'd let you know on your end that it's buggy.
Thanks,
Jamie
P.S. I'm finding this amusing, as I'm in the middle of watching an anime tv series called .hack//SIGN about a character who can't log out of an online RPG.

Hehehe...I like the thought of that, but it was pretty bothersome at the time.
Also, the log out finally works for me now, so feel free to disregard this; or, if ye Great and Mighty Sysadmin Gods of the Forums had something to do with my sudden good fortune, a thank-you to you!

Hi Jamie,
I'm glad to hear you're able to log out again!
Usually, if you clear all of your cookies from your browser, you should be in the "logged out" state. Sometimes, you'll have to clear out the cookies manually (ie through the file system rather than through the browser), but it looks like things cleared up for you.

Jun,
Thanks! Actually, I had quite forgotten---I did in fact clear my cookies manually, and that must have done it. So I take back my thanks to the "Great and Mighty Sysadmin Gods" after all :P Obviously one should be able to log out without having to clear their cookies like that.

since this site logs me out automatically every 15 minutes or so I don't even bother. I just close everything out knowing I'll have to log in when I come back anyway.

That's really strange...I don't believe I've ever encountered that myself, though it would have come in handy at times
