If you haven't yet seen it I recommend it

This is from another thread. When I seen it it was really a nice thing to watch. Often we are inidated with images that use allot of busy chaotic energy to catch our attention.And that chaos of energy effects us especially when it is almost constantly attacking us. Here is just the opposite, and I was glued to every word. Very relaxing to see, very nice to hear as each word spoken lacked noise.lacked chaos. A much better soothing gentle harmonious energy. Yes, it is an example of what we know in Aikido. I think this guy really understood Aikido and got Aikido, he mastered it within himself.
