Doka of the Day

I stand in the mountain stream
So pure! The splashing sound of water against the stone.
Yet where is the person
Who with such purity can speak (of the Way).

- Morihei Ueshiba

I am that person.

Smile Re: Doka of the Day

I was just on my patio here in Miami, smoking a cigarette and squinting at the rising sun. I thought, I have the potential energy of the sun and the kinetic energy of the moon. I then wondered if that ever crossed O'Sensei's mind.

Re: Doka of the Day

Marlboro Ultra Lights are my current smokes of choice. Vantage is my favorite brand when smoking less, but now I'm at ~2 packs a day.
