Aikido24 Keigo Gi

Does anyone have one of these Gi's? I have seen the website and am tempted to buy one but am looking for review.

If you can wait then Aikido24 should be carrying the Bujin dogi's soon... I can vouch for those personally, love them.

Best Regards,
John

I would second Mr. Burns advice... wait until the Bujin product hits the their website.

However... you may want to check out Nine Circles.

I recently purchased their higher end aikido gi set and I'm quite impressed.

I plan to do a review within a week or so.

Good luck.

Ooooh. Got a timeframe on this? I need another Bujin gi (or two, or three, or four).

I actually find those gi to be a bit like sand paper in texture. Exfoliates the skin a bit much. After 2 hours of training with people with a gi's like that I've needed cold cream.

Not familiar with aikido 24's products but just got a heavy weight gi pant from Piranha wear. (they sell on Amazon) Have to say I am pretty impressed with the quality of the materiel. It is super soft on the skin right out of the bag. A bit pricey but I have a feeling this will be my favorite gi. Customer service is outstanding as well.

Re: Aikido24 Keigo Gi

YES wait for the Bujin items to arrive... (sigh) it's been a long wait since the Bujin-Aikido24 joint venture announcement..

What I hope Bujin carries through into Aikido24 is the CUSTOMIZATION of the gis.. You can select: drawstring style, limb proportions, material..

The customization options with the hakamas grow, it's unmatched among ALL hakama manufacturers, only Tozando outdoes them in choice of material, but not in dimensional customization..

My fave gis are the hi-dri-tex lined gis from e-bogu.. It's a light single weave gi lined with polyester mesh for drying, but it's certainly heavier than a karate gi..
