New Video: Jiu Jitsu Explained

Thought you all might be interested in my latest project "Pure Rolling: Jiu Jitsu Explained."

1 day of training. 7 skilled practitioners. It's a 2 hour clip that offers some insight into ground oriented sparring/rolling/randori. Slow motion during the key action sequences. Narration to assist the viewer in understanding the action. I think you'll like it!
