recently lost a brother

I thought would share this quote with you all. I just had a
brother die after complications arose after knee surgery.
I love the little book collection , The Art of Peace ( John Stevens), there are
many good quotes of O'Sensei in there and this is one of my favorites:

"Life is always a trial, In training you must test and polish yourself in order to face the
great challenges of life, Transcend the realm of life and death, and then you will be able to
make your way calmly and safely through any crisis that confronts you." O'sensei...

If you work to center your life, by not holding on to anger there is peace understanding and reconciliation.

Re: recently lost a brother

Hi Tim

So sorry to hear the sad news of your brother, you appear to have a good `mind ` and be strong enough to deal with life's trials.

Be strong
