Help in finding O-Sensei sayings, please

I am looking for the Japanese version of the following sayings of O-Sensei. I hope someone can help me in my endeavor!


1) "Walk through the four elements designing the three holy shapes with a pure heart and you will finally discover the divine you have inside."

2) "When the enemy attacks you, wrap him up with a spiral of love and put him down as if he were a baby, in order to avoid hurting him."
