Finding peace and harmony

Aikido is the most interesting martial science I have found; To honor others and yourself by not alowing your person to be violated, and at the same time not hurting your attacker. However, if the attacker continues, the volume of the intensity can be amplified to diswayed the opponent from wishing to continue; a point to which can be quite brutal. Through physics; gravity, and circular motions of continuing motion, and re-direction to divert force away, you can control energy... "a moving object will continue until acted upon by an outside force." In my opinion it is genious, and the purist of the martial arts.

Re: Finding peace and harmony

I agree completely, everything about Aikido is facinating. I love it and i hope to actually be decent at it someday, haha
