Winter Term Seminar with Kayla Feder (Berkeley, CA) in OH

Oberlin Aikido Club and Cleveland Aikikai are pleased to announce Kayla Feder Sensei of Aikido of Berkley teaching our annual Winter Term Seminar. This will be her return visit to Oberlin and Cleveland and a great opportunity for all Aikido practitioners of any affiliations to take part in this experience.

Kayla Feder Sensei has been studying Aikido for 37 years and is the chief instructor of Aikido Of Berkeley. She was a student of Morihiro Saito Sensei in Iwama, Japan. Kayla Feder Sensei has taught seminars throughout the US, Europe, and Israel. Her teaching emphasizes individual growth of each student. She especially enjoys teaching kaishi waza, ukemi and weapons. She also often includes yoga and meditation in her practice.


The seminar will be held from January 28 through 30, 2011, in the Oberlin College Hales Gym, 180 West Lorain Street, Oberlin, OH 44074-1016. The classes are scheduled as follows: Friday, January 28 at 8-10 p.m., Saturday, January 29 at 10-12 p.m. and 3-5 p.m., Sunday, January 30 at 10-1 p.m. The cost of the seminar is $100 for all three days, or $30 per class.
