Hi Ya'll

Hi, this is Nick Lowry from Oklahoma City. I am the owner and operator of a large independent aikido, judo, and jodo school-- check it out at www.windsongdojo.com; in addition, I am the author of "Aikido:Principles of Kata and Randori"; and also the founder of Ju Ni Kaze Budo Kai.
Furthermore, I am in training to become a fully ordained zen monk in the Rinzai lineage and am also intent on furthering my knowledge in Cranial Sacral therapy. I plan to write more books on the intersection of Zen and Aikido and to soon produce an online technical video library of significant waza and henka which will be avalible through the Ju Ni Kaze Budo Kai forum
