"A Rare Achievement"

I just came across this article entitled, "A Rare Achievement" which writes about Guy DeWolf in Williamsburg, VA and his experience at training in aikido at age 75.

Yes, this is great.

We've been holding Seniors Aikido Classes for one year now and they love it. It is a no-fall class. Our "senior" student is 83!

We have a couple of folks in their eighties - one still does hard falls from koshi-nage.
