I'm writing a paper, and i need to profile students of aikido, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they were doing twenty or thirty years ago? were you interested in martial arts? was anyone involved in the civil rights movement, the vietnam war, anything you think would be helpful? and how does that compare to what you are doing today? has aikido contributed to the change? i would be forever grateful to anyone responding.
