Thumbs up The Seventh Day Adventist Church on Martial Arts.

I came across this short video from the Seventh Day Adventist church site on Facebook where a Hapkido master shares how his Hapkido training compliments his ministry as a Pastor, I thought it may well be of interest to some of the crew in here!

"Anthony Medley believes that God doesn't just want him to have a spiritual life, God wants him to have a Whole life. See how this pastor and martial arts instructor finds the balance between mind, body and spirit".
