"Training Across Borders" AikiBlog Updates

The "Training Across Borders" Seminar is now commencing (April 14-17, 2005). 100 aikidoists from more than 11 war-torn countries are now participating in this historic seminar in Nicosia, Cyprus, on the politically contested Green Line, which divides the island.

This seminar includes two days of regular keiko taught by four distinguished Sensei's, many of whom pioneered unique applications of Aikido in non-dojo settings. Workshops on applying the Aiki Way in domains such as conflict management, interactive teaching, youth outreach, psychotherapy, and leadership training were also presented.
